In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
* Responsible for growing revenue through our indirect channel via Distribution and Solution Integration partners in the EMEA region through co-marketing activities.
* Collaborate with partners to develop coordinated marketing strategies aligned with our campaigns and business unit strategies.
* Develop co-marketing strategies to drive eCommerce booking results through distributor platforms.
* Allocate co-marketing funds to distributors at the start of the year and propose a funding distribution plan that improves ROI.
* Meet regularly with distributors and solutions/integration partners to ensure alignment and progress.
* Develop and maintain relationships with regional teams (Channel Sales Managers, country sales, field marketing) to align marketing and sales plans.
* Maintain relationships with Marcom and digital marketing team members.
* Identify and advocate for new ways to increase demand generation with partners using pilot programs.
* Lead monthly lead council meetings with Partner Sales Managers to review lead performance and make adjustments.
* Gather co-marketing data, evaluate strategy impact, and report quarterly to business, marketing, and sales leaders, focusing on ROI.

* Over a decade of experience in driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
* Expertise in collaborating with partners and distributors to align with business goals, cultivate demand, and balance stakeholder interests.
* Proven ability to build positive relationships with channel sales managers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
* Analytical skills with a track record of using data to evaluate campaigns, optimize strategies, and communicate results.
* Initiative, self-starter mentality, and dedication to innovation to scale business through co-marketing.
* Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
* Outstanding communication skills and integrity.
* Experience working with distribution channels and/or system integrator partners is a plus.
