Ready to be a #Challenger?What are we looking for?As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in planning, analyzing, and coordinating projects within our development and commercial portfolio, collaborating in a global, cross-functional environment. Your core responsibilities will include:Assisting in developing and maintaining portfolio plans, including timelines, milestones, and prioritization frameworksPreparing strategic materials for governance meetings and portfolio reviewsEnsuring accurate documentation and communication of portfolio decisions and updatesPerforming portfolio analyses: risk assessments, scenario comparisons, timeline evaluations, and KPIsCreating dashboards and regular monitoring reports with digital toolsCoordinating with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, Manufacturing, and other internal partners to collect information and align strategiesSupporting multifunctional teams in identifying potential challenges and resource constraintsCommunicating portfolio insights to stakeholders at various levelsTracking and highlighting emerging risks, issues, or opportunities within the portfolioAssisting with the evaluation of new projects, initiatives, or external collaborationsContributing to continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, digital tools, and systems
