The Role
We are looking for an experienced App Growth & User Acquisition Manager to lead and scale paid growth strategies across multiple mobile apps.
This is a high-impact role with full ownership over performance marketing execution, testing roadmaps, and growth optimization. You will work directly with clients, internal teams, and leadership to drive measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Own and scale multi-channel User Acquisition campaigns across:
Google Ads (UAC / App Campaigns)Meta AdsTikTok AdsApple Search AdsAdditional mobile DSPsManage budgets with a strong focus on ROAS, LTV, and profitabilityBuild and execute structured growth experimentation roadmapsOptimize full-funnel performance: creative, targeting, bidding, and event strategyAnalyze performance using MMPs and analytics tools to drive data-backed decisionsCollaborate on ASO strategy to improve conversion and organic upliftAlign UA efforts with monetization models including ads and subscriptionsLeverage AI tools and automation workflows to increase efficiency and scaleCommunicate insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
Proven experience in the mobile app industryHands-on User Acquisition experience managing significant budgetsStrong understanding of core app growth metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, retention, churn, payback windowsDemonstrated success scaling campaigns across: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search AdsDeep familiarity with: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch or similar MMPsStrong experience with analytics tools such as: Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4 or similarSolid understanding of: ASO fundamentals and app monetization models (ads + subscriptions)Experience using AI tools and automation to improve campaign performanceAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsFluent, professional-level English (written and spoken)

Experience working in an agency or multi-client environmentCreative testing and performance-driven ad creative strategy experienceExperience scaling global campaigns across Tier 1 marketsBasic SQL or data querying capabilitiesExperience managing seven-figure monthly budgets
