The role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day oversight of fleet assets, ensuring efficient operations, timely maintenance, and excellent service delivery.
Human Management: Lead and develop fleet staff, including maintenance agents, to meet performance goals aligned with station targets and company values. Conduct safety meetings and log compliance with safety protocols.
Provide monthly reports on mechanic productivity, attendance, and consumable inventory usage.
Build strong relationships with local OEM dealerships, service providers, and vendors. Collaborate with General Manager, Operations Managers, and other team members to provide fleet status updates and operational insights. Manage collision repairs by liaising with vendors and monitoring repair timelines.
Proven experience in fleet management or a similar leadership role.
Attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving, especially regarding vehicle repairs and inventory.
