SAP FICO Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead finance-related SAP initiatives, optimize processes, and manage complex projects from requirements to go-live. This role combines deep SAP FICO expertise with strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive transformation in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage SAP FICO projects across local and international environments
* Analyze, optimize, and harmonize Finance and Controlling processes
* Translate business requirements into SAP FICO solutions and functional specifications
* Coordinate implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and system changes
* Manage external partners and collaborate closely with internal IT and Finance teams
* Plan and facilitate workshops, testing cycles, UAT sessions, and training activities
* Prepare business cases, project plans, and decision documents
* Ensure delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards
* Support change management and communication across stakeholder groups
* Contribute to global process standardization and template governance

Hard Skills
* Several years of experience as SAP FICO Project Manager
* Deep knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CO-OM)
* Experience with SAP rollouts, template projects, or international implementations
* S/4HANA Finance experience is a strong plus
* Background in process optimization and finance transformation
* Familiarity with both agile and classic project management methods
* Certifications such as Scrum Master, Prince2, or PMP are beneficial
* FMCG or corporate environment experience is an advantage
