Experteer Overview In this role you will help implement and strengthen AXA’s Operational Resilience framework within a global, tech-led organization. You will support crisis, incident, and IT continuity processes to safeguard critical services and cyber resilience. You’ll collaborate with Global Technology Resilience and other groups to ensure readiness through tests, reports, and guided controls. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape resilience practices across business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber response, delivering measurable impact in a dynamic environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Contribute to and strengthen the Operational Resilience framework, covering cyber and business risks - Support the development and execution of Business Continuity and IT Services Continuity Plans - Maintain and activate Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Cyber Recovery Plans in crisis scenarios - Coordinate Crisis Management and Incident Management activities, including tests and exercise execution - Lead Cyber Resilience activities within Global Technology Resilience and liaise with Incident Management during incidents - Assist in aligning business impact with IT service continuity and cyber response - Ensure follow-up on remediation actions from tests and transversal controls - Participate in Group Operational Resilience initiatives and strategic programsResponsabilidades - General understanding of BCM lifecycle and IT Operations/IT Continuity Service Management - Knowledge of Group Operational Resilience processes and tools - Experience/knowledge of Cyber Defense mechanisms - Familiarity with IT Operations and IT Continuity Service Management - Understanding of a product-based organization - Proficiency in data analysis and resilience planning tools - Experience with ITIL, ISO 22301 and ServiceNow - Ability to communicate with stakeholders and manage crises - Fluency in English;
