We’re creatinga culture where people can do their best critical thinking and use data to solve problems.**The role & what we are looking for**:As Cartloop's first BDR, you'll playing a key role in building our sales team. This is a cross-functional role, as you will generate leads, foster relationships, and ultimately create an impact to the bottom line. The day-to-day role includes research to identify new potential customers and leads, outbound, demo calls, closing sales and building processes.**What You'll Do**- Accelerate Cartloop's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads and turning them into opportunities and closed business- Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting sales and marketing activities, and the handoff to our Account Executives- Build engaging copy, and build personalized multi-touchpoint campaigns in order to deliver value to prospects- Conduct product demos to prospective companies interested in Cartloop- Schedule events, sales meetings and product demos- Constantly optimize the sales pipeline, by leveraging data at each step of the process- Attend targeted virtual and in-person events to build relationships and find new leads**Who You Are**- Ability to automate processes and have an easy time understanding or integrating software- You have strong work ethic, high energy, intellectual curiosity, a results-driven mindset, and a team player- You are results-driven and have the ability to focus even with multiple competing priorities- You thrive in fast-paced environments- Understand the value of using a CRM: Data integrity and accurate forecasting in our CRM is essential- You're not afraid of hearing no from a customer- Selling is something you like doing, and you want to get better at it**Nice to Have**- You've worked as a SDR in a fast-growing startup- You have experience in the marketing or ecommerce space- You have experience selling marketing, customer experience, sales products- You have the ability to uncover business pain points while delivering a solution- SQL abilities- Experience with tools such as Lemlist, Hubspot, Hunter, or Snov**Benefits**:Competitive salary and opportunity for stock option packagesFully remote company and cultureFlexible work scheduleUnlimited paid time off$1000 Educational Budget to fuel your growth**Why join Cartloop?**:Lots of room for you to grow your careerJoin a company where ownership, autonomy, and low ego are core beliefsWork with a talented team from which you'll learn a lotYou're helping make eCommerce less transactional and more human
