Marketing Manager for Events and Training Initiatives

If you have experience working in the marketing area and you are passionate about the gastronomy and training sectors, this project is for you!
Your main mission will be to plan, design and coordinate events and marketing strategies focused on promoting the recruitment of students in our training programs. The main objective will be to increase the visibility of the programs, attract participants and promote synergies that drive the success of the training initiatives and the strengthening of relationships that contribute to this objective.
Our main lines of work are focused on:
* Positioning and promoting BCC for student recruitment.
* Maintaining strategic relationships with key partners such as companies, universities and institutions.
* Leading the organization of events aimed at attracting students.
* Managing digital tools for lead generation.
* Analyzing results and generating reports to measure the impact of activities.
Requirements
Do you identify with these qualities?
* You have a Bachelor’s Degree in areas such as Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or similar.
* You have worked for at least 3 years in the digital marketing area, where you are fluent in this field.
* You have an advanced level of Basque and English (C1).
* Excel is one of your key tools and you use it with precision.
* You stand out for your communication skills and your ability to analyze and plan strategically.
It would be a plus if:
* You are familiar with the use of CRM.
* You are defined by your customer orientation and enjoy contact with people.
* You are passionate about the training sector and the gastronomic world.
