About the role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to join international banking projects, working on Risk & Compliance architectures within complex financial environments.
You will act as a bridge between business and technology, translating requirements into scalable solutions and supporting delivery across distributed teams.
This role requires strong experience in core banking and risk domains, combined with a solid understanding of system integrations and delivery processes.

What you’ll do
* Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and SMEs
* Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and functional specifications
* Work closely with development teams during design and delivery
* Validate solutions before deployment and support release lifecycle
* Participate in testing activities (UAT, functional testing)
* Analyse issues using logs and basic database queries
* Support planning and delivery of modules or full functional areas
* Collaborate with international teams (Spain / Mexico)

What we’re looking for
* +4 years of experience as Business Analyst / Product Owner
* Strong experience in banking environments
* Experience with:
o Core Banking systems
o Risk & Compliance domains (AML, credit risk, collections)
* Experience working in Agile environments
* Experience with:
o Jira / Confluence
o User stories, epics, acceptance criteria
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Ability to work with both business and technical teams

* Experience with:
o Decision engines (Modellica, Provenir, Experian)
o AML tools (Norkom, FCM)
o Credit bureau integrations (Equifax, Experian)
* Experience in core banking transformation programs
* Experience in digital banking environments

* Basic SQL / database querying skills
