POSIZIONE: RETAIL - Stock Manager

DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA
On behalf of a luxury store in IBIZA we are looking for a Seasonal Stock keeper (From June 2025 to October 2025).
PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO IDEALE
The role will involve the following activities:
1. Quality control of incoming goods;
2. Labelling and inventory management;
3. Recording delivered products in the warehouse management system;
4. Assigning goods to the respective reference warehouses;
5. Monitoring and checking deliveries with documents received from suppliers;
6. Monitoring warehouse stock levels and their replenishment, as well as issuing accompanying documents for the goods;
7. Organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods;
8. Conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy;
9. Coordinating with the sales team to fulfill stock requests promptly;
10. Ensuring compliance with warehouse health and safety regulations;
11. Handling returns and damaged goods according to company procedures.
Your profile should have:
1. Experience in structured warehouses;
2. Good knowledge Microsoft Office Suite;
3. Good knowledge of English;
Skills required to complete your profile:
1. Time-management and organizational skills;
2. Flexible and dynamic;
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations;
4. Prepared to handle the demands of warehouse work.
Contract and compensation: based on candidate´s experience.
