Who we are

Our digital team is based on the outskirts of Barcelona. We are a young, driving company with an innovative digital branch. We recently built our new, modern offices, which feature open space and a friendly environment.

Royal Queen Seeds, which has produced some of Europe’s best cannabis seeds, is now available to hobby homegrown and professional cultivators also in the U.S.

A bit of history

In 2011, we launched the RQS website. Propelled by continuous demand, we opened a brand store in Amsterdam (2015), and one in the centre of Barcelona (2016).

Today, RQS is one of the world’s largest e-commerce companies in its line of expertise. And we never stop evolving.

CRM specialist

As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management systems to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure that CRM strategies align with business goals and deliver personalized, data-driven experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

* CRM Strategy Development:
* Design and implement CRM strategies that support marketing and sales initiatives, customer segmentation, and lifecycle management.
* Data Management:
* Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of customer data across all touchpoints.
* Segmentation and Personalization:
* Create targeted customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage to deliver personalized communications and campaigns.
* Campaign Execution:
* Coordinate and manage CRM-driven campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, etc.) using automation and scheduling tools.
* Workflow Automation:
* Build and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement, and retention.
* Analytics and Reporting:
* Monitor CRM performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, churn) and generate regular reports with actionable insights for internal teams.
* Campaign Development: Create, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and automated drip campaigns.
* Collaboration:
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with broader business objectives.
* Compliance and Data Privacy:
* Ensure CRM practices comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and maintain best-in-class data hygiene standards.
* Continuous Improvement:
* Stay current with CRM trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.

The abilities we think would be a great match

* Proficient in CRM Platforms: Skilled in using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar, as well as marketing automation tools to streamline communication, track customer interactions, and manage workflows.
* Customer-Centric Content Development: Able to create and manage personalized, data-driven content across CRM channels (email, push,etc), tailored to different segments and lifecycle stages.
* Adaptable and Dynamic: Thrive in fast-paced environments and readily embrace new challenges and evolving tools in CRM and customer engagement.
* Bilingual Communication Skills: Fluent in English (required); Spanish fluency is a bonus.
* Strong Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple CRM workflows, campaigns, and tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.
* Clear Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for creating internal documentation, campaign logic, and clear customer-facing messaging.
* Troubleshooting & Optimization: Able to identify and resolve CRM issues related to data syncing, segmentation errors, or workflow inconsistencies, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
* Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn and implement new CRM technologies, tools, and integrations in line with evolving marketing strategies.
* Data Privacy Awareness: Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data protection best practices for managing customer data responsibly.
* Driver’s License and Car Required: A valid driver's license and access to a car
