We’re looking for someone like you—experienced, technically minded, and ready to lead the comprehensive maintenance of our buildings, ensuring that all spaces are always prepared for daily activities and that the technical team works in a coordinated and efficient way.
Your main mission will be to ensure the proper functioning and safety of the facilities and buildings, managing the technical maintenance team and coordinating all necessary operations to guarantee operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the highest service quality.
* You will plan and oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for all facilities (electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, elevators, security, etc.).
* You will organize the tasks of the technical team and subcontracted companies, taking internal needs and established schedules into account, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
* You will ensure compliance with current technical, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular building inspections and preparing technical monitoring reports.
* You will supervise the inventory of materials, tools, and budgets, keeping technical documentation, drawings, and maintenance records up to date.
* You will propose improvements aimed at enhancing energy efficiency and the sustainability of the facilities.
Requirements
Do you identify with the following?
* You hold a Higher Vocational Training qualification in facilities maintenance or a similar field.
* You have at least 3–5 years of experience in similar positions, managing technical teams and multiple facilities.
* You have solid knowledge in electricity, HVAC, hydraulic systems, BMS (Building Management Systems), safety regulations, energy efficiency, and/or audiovisual systems.
* You enjoy leading teams, organizing tasks, analyzing situations, making decisions, solving issues, and communicating effectively with both internal and external clients.
You’ll stand out if…
* You hold a University Degree in Technical Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar).
* You have training in Occupational Risk Prevention, energy efficiency, or facility management.
* You have worked with HVAC, lighting, and industrial refrigeration control and management systems.
* You have experience with audiovisual systems, auditoriums, and sound equipment.
* You are familiar with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) tools.
* You have solid IT and office software skills.
