Description and Requirements
We are looking for a Inside Sales Chanel Representative for a maternity coverage. The Channel Inside Representative is part of Lenovo’s Channel Sales organization, operating within a modern inside‑sales model. This role focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of reseller partners while identifying and onboarding new partners through proactive engagement. The position is well suited for a self‑driven sales professional with strong channel exposure in the IT sector and confidence managing the full sales cycle in a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a defined territory of reseller partners to grow and maximize Lenovo business
2. Identify, acquire, and onboard new reseller partners through proactive outreach
3. Enable and support new partnerships in alignment with Lenovo channel strategy
4. Generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline with assigned partners
5. Support specific partner transactions from opportunity to closure
6. Collaborate with partners on demand‑generation and go‑to‑market activities
7. Drive business closure while supporting partners throughout the sales cycle
8. Monitor and manage partner performance against agreed business objectives
Position Requirements
9. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
10. Proven sales experience, ideally within a multinational inside or telesales environment
11. Solid knowledge of the IT sector, including channel sales models
12. Experience working with resellers and distributors
13. Ability to manage an end‑to‑end sales cycle independently
14. Strong territory management skills with a data‑driven and structured approach
15. Fluent English communication skills (additional languages such as Spanish are an advantage)
16. Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
