We are seeking a proactive and strategically minded Real Estate Marketing Manager to join our team in Mijas Costa. This is a critical, hands-on role where you will drive our marketing strategy and execute multi-channel campaigns for our premium branded residences and aparthotels.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of creative execution and business strategy. While reporting to the Head of Creative Services, you will have significant direct contact and strategic input with the Managing Director. You will be the central hub for all our real estate marketing initiatives, translating strategic vision into tangible results and helping to shape our brand's future. This is not a remote position;
we are looking for someone to be a core part of our collaborative, in-office team.
What You'll Do:
* Lead the Execution of Marketing Campaigns:
Project manage and execute integrated digital and print marketing campaigns, ensuring flawless brand positioning and tone of voice across all channels.
* Strategise & Innovate:
Work closely with the Managing Director to research market trends and competitor strategies, contributing ideas for new campaigns and multi-channel, multi-national marketing efforts.
* Create and Manage Content:
Oversee the production of high-quality marketing assets, coordinating with in-house designers, developers, and external vendors for photography, videography, and copy.
* Maintain Brand Integrity:
Act as the guardian of our brand, ensuring consistency and quality in all communications and materials.
* Collaborate and Coordinate:
Serve as the key liaison between the MD and our creative team (including designers, front/back-end developers, and PPC managers), ensuring seamless communication and alignment on all project goals.
* Measure and Report:
Track campaign performance and report on key metrics to inform future strategy and demonstrate ROI.
All these functions will be carried out in person at the company’s facilities in Mijas.
What We're Looking For:
* 3+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong preference for experience in real estate, hospitality, or a fast-paced agency environment.
* Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
* A strategic mindset with a passion for using data and market insights to drive decisions.
* Proficiency with marketing tools such as email platforms (e.G., Mailchimp) and a working knowledge of design software (e.G., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
* A collaborative and hands on approach, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
