Senior Sales Partnership Manager for Take A Chef&##128640; What if you could own the deals that actually shape a company's growth?At Private Chef Manager (a Take a Chef initiative), we're building the infrastructure behind premium private chef experiences for top travel & hospitality brands.Our partners don't just buy a service, they unlock a new revenue stream, elevate guest experience, and scale something they couldn't build alone.

And now, we're at the stage where the right commercial hire changes everything.

We're hiring a Senior Strategic Partnerships ManagerNot a "just sales" role.Not a "just account management" role.

This is end-to-end ownership of high-value partnerships.

You'll be the person who:Opens doors that matterCloses complex, multi-stakeholder dealsTurns pilots into long-term revenue engines

You will be:Building your own strategic pipelineLeading consultative, high-level conversationsDesigning deals, not just closing themActing as a partner, not a vendor

What you'll be doingHunting with precisionIdentify and unlock high-value accountsCraft smart, personalized outreachNavigate decision-makers across functions

Closing with strategyRun sharp discovery and understand how they actually operateBuild tailored pilots and rollout plansLead negotiations and land strategic deals

Expanding valueStay close post-signatureEnsure strong launchesSpot expansion before they ask for it

You'll thrive here if you...Have 4+ years closing B2B deals end-to-endAre comfortable in long, complex sales cyclesCan switch between strategy and execution fastKnow how to build trust with senior stakeholdersAre fluent (C1-C2) in English (this is a mandatory requirement).Can work 100% on-site at our Madrid office (Metro Guzmán el Bueno) with a flexible start time between 9:00 and 11:00 AM.
