This role sits at the intersection ofbusiness and IT, working closely with business stakeholders, the Application Manager and development teams to analyse processes, manage operational issues and deliver continuous improvements to SAP applications.The position combinesBusiness Analysis with operational application support, ensuring SAP O2C processes run smoothly while driving enhancements across the system landscape.What you'll do Act as thelink between business stakeholders and IT teamsfor SAP O2C related topics Gather and analysebusiness requirementsand translate them into functional specifications and user stories SupportBAU operationsof SAP O2C applications and help analyse operational issues Coordinate with SAP consultants and developers to deliver system improvements and enhancements Preparefunctional documentation, blueprints and solution designs Participate intesting activities (UAT, validation, regression testing) Support continuous improvement initiatives for SAP-based business processes Help prioritise business needs and prepare issues for delivery teamsWho you are You are aBusiness Analyst or Functional Analyst with SAP exposure, comfortable working between business stakeholders and technical teams. You enjoy understanding how business processes work, analysing problems and helping translate business needs into system improvements. This role focuses onanalysis, coordination and process improvement rather than hands-on SAP configuration.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field 3+ years of experience working with SAP environments(ECC or S/4HANA) Good understanding ofOrder-to-Cash / Order-to-Invoice processes Knowledge ofSAP SD, MM or PP modules Exposure to other modules such asFI/CO or finance processesis a plus Experience gathering requirements, writinguser stories and functional documentation Experience supportingUAT and system enhancements Understanding ofsales, logistics or supply chain processes Experience working withinternational teams Fluent EnglishNice to have Experience withSAP integrations(SAP CPI, BTP or middleware tools) Exposure toSAP Fiori or modern SAP interfaces Experience working inAgile environmentsWhat we offer We offer you a key position with interesting and challenging tasks, a good view to the Sanoma and opportunities for professional growth.
