In this role you will lead AI/tech product strategy within Bain’s Customer Experience Transformation suite, guiding a cross‑functional team to deliver impactful AI-enabled offerings. You drive the product roadmap, stay ahead of tech trends, and mentor product managers to build high‑performing, client‑facing solutions. You shape go‑to‑market plans and ensure alignment with governance and infrastructure standards. This position offers the chance to scale innovations that differentiate Bain and deliver measurable client value.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own the outcome-based roadmap for AI/tech products in the portfolio with cross-solution alignment
• Monitor industry trends and competitor ecosystem to balance feasibility with the Solution vision
• Lead discovery to validate client/value hypotheses and turn insights into tangible offerings
• Mentor a team of product managers to sustain high performance
• Define quarterly objectives, track progress, and make backlog/guidance decisions
• Drive innovation across the product lifecycle from ideation to scaling
• Measure feedback and report outcomes to senior leadership
• Draft business plans for innovations to secure internal funding
• Ensure compliance with data governance and infrastructure policies
• Lead demos and build credibility with internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Global Solution Leader on 3-year strategy and roadmap
• Make build/buy/partner decisions and deliver differentiating offerings
• Drive consulting revenue and client impact while sharing best practices

Responsabilidades
• AI product management experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, xpzdshu technology, or a relevant field
• 6-9 years of product management experience
• Experience building products related to customer experience
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Strong storytelling and stakeholder alignment skills
• Experience building with LLMs or other AI tools
• Ability to structure complex business research and drive pragmatic insights
• Agile product development lifecycle experience
• Consulting or advisory background with client engagement experience
