Responsibilities
- Guide, direct and manage specific program team and Integrated Agency Team (IAT) on activities related to the execution of omni‑channel marketing communications plan from brief through final analysis, orchestrating and guiding agency teams in the development and execution of tactical campaigns.
- Work directly with the IAT, managing & controlling agency initiatives & work (day to day) to ensure set timelines for Marcom Activities (e.g., tactical campaigns) are met and final agency outputs are aligned to the brief, resulting in successful in‑market activations.
- Direct Integrated Agency Team on marketing communications plans for new partnerships, promotional opportunities, and adjustments to plans as warranted. Assist IAT and Brand Execution Lead with the evaluation and negotiation of potential marketing partners and sponsorship opportunities.
- In conjunction with agencies drive business performance through disciplined planning of MarCom activities (e.g., management of short promotions, communications, tactical campaigns), guiding efforts to achieve successful execution and optimization of audience, channel and creative efforts across the entire consumer journey.
- Coordinate and guide the development of the annual communication and media plans with the Integrated Agency Team. Working with Brand Offer Execution Lead to ensure plans are aligned with strategic marketing plans set by Brand Offer Execution Lead.
- Manage, and steward annual budgets for MarCom communications as defined in the annual strategy set by the Brand Offer Execution Lead.
- Lead and manage the day‑to‑day activities related to the development and execution of tactical campaigns, including alignment with IAT and other stakeholders and agency teams on tactical campaign plans ensuring adherence to set timelines for tactical campaign execution and that brief objectives are met. Own the orchestration and execution of tactical campaigns beyond IAT with additional stakeholders (e.g., loyalty, legal, social, technical teams), including financial management and procurement processes associated with tactical campaigns.
- Write and lead brief creation (e.g., input brief) & management (setting scope for agency) to be shared and reviewed with senior leadership, as informed by the strategy set by senior leadership (i.e., Brand Offer Execution Lead).
- Define and steward KPI’s for tactical campaigns, as needed.
- Guide and direct website & social team activities related to tactical campaign executions, related promotions, marketing communication to ensure activities are completed within set timeframes to meet brief requirements.
- Collect and consolidate relevant data (e.g., website analytics) needed for MarCom stewardship reports.
