Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for an SAP GTS Lead who will help us create a Business case which will help us to convince the client to cooperate with us in the future.

Task
* Share your GTS experience with us by preparing a Business Case.
* Prepare an RFP response, if we are invited to participate.
* Join the project as Lead Consultant if we win the tender.
Business Case content
* Create a compelling SAP GTS business case, covering:
* Central GTS in RISE vs alternatives
* Cost, risk, compliance, and timeline implications
* Reduced compliance risk
* Audit & SOX readiness
* Define decision options for the client (not just one solution)
* Support client-facing discussions at senior IT / ERP leadership level
* Act as trusted advisor, not implementer-for-hire
Delivery & Solution Responsibilities
* Design target GTS architecture under RISE constraints
* Define carve-out and split concepts (TSA-aware)
* Shape high-level execution roadmap (phases, milestones, risks)
* Align GTS with:
* o S/4HANA program
Mandatory Profile
* Senior SAP GTS expert (Edition for HANA) - min 6 years
* Carve-outs / M&A
* System splits (GTS)
* Strong architecture & conceptual skills
* Track record of business-case creation or pre-sales advisory work
Critical Soft Skills (Non-Negotiable)
* Can explain complex GTS topics in business language
* Confident in front of senior stakeholders
* Understands how clients buy, not just how SAP works
* Independent thinker, trusted advisor mindset
* Comfortable with ambiguity (pre-project phase)
