As a Project Manager in the P&DS department at JLL, you lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline are met. You work with senior management, stakeholders, and contractors to deliver outcomes that align with client procedures and project goals. You develop comprehensive project plans, communicate expectations clearly, and manage resources and risks to keep projects on track. This role offers the chance to impact complex construction and installation projects within a global real estate services firm.

Responsabilidades
• Education in Architect/ Technical Architect, Engineer or similar
• 5 years' experience in a similar position
• 8 years' experience in the construction sector
• Essential knowledge of CTE and xpzdshu standards/regulations
• Proven ability to complete projects on scope, budget, and timeline
• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and management of multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent analytical skills to detect errors and propose solutions
• Experience dealing directly with clients
• Good spoken and written English
• Good level of use of Excel, Power Point, Autocad, Project, TCQ/ Presto
• Organised analytical approach and prioritisation
• Installations knowledge and experience preferred
• PMP certification preferred
