The Role We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our human resources operations and ensure the smooth execution of administrative tasks. Reporting directly to the Regional HR Coordinator, this essential role will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR functions, ensuring that our workforce operations align with our mission of sustainability.
As an HR Officer, your responsibilities will include managing employee documentation, preparing contracts, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll processes. You will also support recruitment coordination, organize training sessions, and help implement internal policies. Key projects include digitizing employee records, supporting wellness initiatives, and coordinating activities that integrate sustainability practices within the workforce.
Skills & Requirements You have at least two years of professional experience working in HR departments, with a strong focus on administrative tasks and operational support. You are proficient in handling essential HR functions such as maintaining employee records, preparing employment contracts, managing payroll data, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Your experience also includes supporting recruitment processes, organizing training sessions, and implementing HR systems to streamline operations.
You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have hands‑on experience with HRIS systems and are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
Fluency in English is essential (both spoken and written).
Experience working in international environments is highly valued.
You demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments.
