In particular you will:- Liaise with vendors and contractors, obtaining and comparing quotes before initiating jobs.- Align with internal and external business partners and stakeholders.- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to determine the need for repairs or replacements.- Evaluate different vendors and service providers to ensure facilities-related services are of appropriate quality and cost-effective.- Ensure all operations are conducted in a compliant manner, meeting all health and safety guidelines.- Manage, oversee, and coordinate relocation, installations, and refurbishments activities. Act as local PM during construction, utilization, maintenance, reconstruction, redevelopment and demolition of buildings and other properties.- Maintains RE-FX data.- Ensure alignment with ESG & GRF requirements.- Ensure workplace is suitable to achieve positive customer experience.- Effectively communicate workplace updates as needed.- Ensure proper management and proper monitoring expenditure and provide forecast estimation.What you bring- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience as Facility Coordinator/Manager or similar operational role.- In-depth understanding of facility management, project management, change management and related processes.- Degree in Facility Management, engineering, business management or relevant field preferred.- Relevant professional qualifications such as Facility Management Professional or Certified Facility Manager (FMP or CFM) preferred.- Familiarity with health, environmental and fire, life safety regulations.- Proficiency in MS Office suite applications and facility management softwareLocation: MadridLanguages: Fluent in Spanish and EnglishBring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
