Commercial Excellence Leader, Specimen Management
This position can be based in any of the EMEA BD locations.
Job Description Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Excellence Leader to support the Swiss-based regional commercial leadership’s Specimen Management (SM) Go To Market Strategy and commercial objectives across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This role involves collaboration on commercial capabilities development, implementing initiatives for effective adoption of sales processes, and collaborating closely with the regional SM commercial leadership in the country-specific hubs.
Main Responsibilities
* Implement SM EMEA leadership’s Go To Market strategies in collaboration with SM country leadership.
* Deliver comprehensive sales training programs.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
* Support the optimization of the sales processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Contribute to SM EMEA leadership’s regional plans for SM Sales Effectiveness strategy.
* Monitor sales incentive schemes to drive top performance.
* Support country and regional teams in setting up successful Transnational Laboratories (TNL) strategies.
Preferred Profile
* Degree in business or science;
MBA is a plus.
* 7-10 years of experience in Life Science or Consumer Health sectors in commercial roles.
* Demonstrates strong business and commercial competence through experience in sales management and business development.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
* IT competent, including CRM systems;
fluent in English (additional European language is an advantage).
* Willingness to travel a minimum of 30%.
