You'll be the main point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth payment operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering a high-quality client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of iGaming clients, building strong, long-term relationshipsAct as the primary contact for day-to-day client needs, escalations, and performance reviewsMonitor payment performance (approval rates, fraud, chargebacks) and provide actionable insightsCollaborate with internal teams (product, risk, compliance, tech) to resolve issues and improve serviceIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenueSupport onboarding of new clients and payment methods across marketsStay informed on iGaming trends, regulations, and payments landscapeRequirements2–5 years of experience in account management, preferably in payments, fintech, or iGamingStrong understanding of payment flows, PSPs, and risk/fraud conceptsExcellent communication and xiphteb stakeholder management skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and present performance metricsComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentFluency in English (additional languages a plus)Nice to HaveExperience working with high-risk industries or regulated marketsFamiliarity with global payment methods and cross-border transactions
