We are looking for a hybrid strategist‐executor : someone who can design the growth playbook and execute it, testing fast, iterating faster, and thriving in the pace (and occasional chaos) of a deep‐tech scale‐up.You will own the entire growth engine - from funnel optimization to experimentation - integrating cutting‐edge marketing technologies, AI‐driven tools, and advanced automation to deliver measurable results in markets with complex sales cycles.

Full‐funnel ownership : Awareness → Acquisition → Activation → Retention.
Design and execute growth strategies tailored to public and private sector markets.
Create and run growth experiments (A / B, multivariate) to optimize conversions and pipeline velocity.
AI‐driven marketing automation : Generate visual, audiovisual, and written content using generative AI (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Synthesia, GPT, Jasper, Copy.ai).Implement predictive lead scoring and advanced segmentation with machine learning.Build automated, multi‐channel customer journeys and nurturing workflows for long sales cycles.
Multi‐channel campaigns : paid search, paid social, SEO, email, referral, partnerships, ABM.
Website optimization as a growth asset (UX, SEO, lead capture, dynamic personalization).
MarTech integration : deploy and manage intelligent CRMs and automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, Zapier, Segment).
Advanced analytics & BI : build dashboards in Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, or Mixpanel; use predictive models for churn, LTV, and CAC to guide strategic decisions.
Manage budgets for maximum ROI and coordinate a lean ecosystem of agencies / freelancers.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Product to align inbound, ABM, and nurturing strategies.
¿A quién buscamos (H / M / D)?
Adaptable, resourceful, action‐oriented.
5+ years in growth / digital / performance marketing for B2B (ideally in deep‐tech, hardware+software, IoT).
Proven experience in AI applied to marketing and advanced automation.
Track record scaling campaigns and optimizing funnels with modern MarTech stacks.
Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, PowerBI) and paid media platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
Strong skills in content creation, SEO, and technical storytelling.
Bilingual English / Spanish (professional or native).
Ability to translate complex technology into clear, ROI‐driven value propositions.
