As a Customer Support Specialist you'll assist customers with their products, answer questions, troubleshoot issues and provide solutions. 
Responsibilities 
Handle calls, messages and emails from customers. 
Provide info and support on the company\'s products (vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair tools, etc.). 
Troubleshoot technical problems. 
Manage warranty claims and repairs. 
Recommend products based on customer needs. 
Ensure high customer satisfaction with professional communication. 
Requirements 
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. 
Relocate to Greece. 
Good problem-solving skills. 
Professional attitude in handling concerns. 
Experience in customer or tech support is a plus. 
Must have an EU passport or work permit for Greece.
