You will be at the forefront of electrophysiology, driving innovation and advancement in the field.
As a Sales Representative for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions team, you will work closely with customers to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Your goal is to meet or exceed financial and non-financial targets while enhancing Medtronic's reputation in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze market trends to inform territory and account sales strategies.
* Promote product introduction, presentation, and negotiation to maximize sales.
* Foster relationships with key decision makers and opinion leaders across all accounts.
* Increase penetration in existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
* Provide technical support to customers and manage stock levels.
* Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive metrics, and customer needs.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences.
* At least 2 years of selling experience in the medical device industry, specifically in electrophysiology.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and data processing systems.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
