Strategy and Consulting - Supply Chain opportunities (TMS/WMS/GTS)
What you will do
* Support Accenture clients to define their future logistics technology landscape and selecting appropriate transportation / warehousing solutions to optimize their logistics networks for enhanced customer centricity, efficiency, resilience, responsiveness, and sustainability.
* Design improved transportation / warehouse management processes and business requirements to achieve client business objectives, making the best use of the selected technologies capabilities (especially TMS / WMS), integrated to the client technology landscape.
* Lead the end-to-end implementation of the new processes and solutions, from design to deployment. This may include managing solution detailed design, development/configuration, fit-gap analysis, master data preparation, user acceptance testing, change management, go-live readiness, and support the new way of working in early operations.
* Lead large global / regional projects, managing project scope, budget, plan, workstreams and team. Manage client expectations and ensure they are met by the project delivery.
* Support Accenture business development activities, by building proposals describing Accenture services and solution to respond to client needs, typically as part of a competitive RFP process.
* Stay up to date with transportation / warehousing leading practices, new technology developments and innovations. This may include driving innovative initiatives with Accenture’s ecosystem partners.
Responsibilities – Supply Chain Global Trade SAP GTS
* Analysing our clients’ Global Trade model and processes, formulating new Global Trade processes and identifying opportunities for driving efficiencies through Global Trade digitalization and SAP GTS implementation.
* Drive and participate in key deliverables development of SAP GTS implementation projects.
* Design improved global trade processes and business requirements to achieve client business objectives, making the best use of SAP GTS, integrated to the client ERP and technology landscape.
* Actively participate in SAP GTS implementations, rollouts, support, upgrades and enhancements.
* Propose, discuss and implement solutions and approaches based on GTS to solve client’s global trade problems.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience (Consultant) / 6 years' experience (Manager) working in management or systems implementation consulting, or as part of a corporate function running transformative projects with implementation of Transportation Management Systems.
* Hands-on experience leading global or regional implementations of TMS (BlueYonder, Oracle, SAP or Manhattan), WMS (Manhattan, Körber or SAP), or other logistics software.
* Strong understanding of transportation / warehousing processes and technology solutions, and passionate for continuously learning about innovations and new developments.
* Fluent with Supply Chain concepts and how transportation / warehousing impacts the overall supply chain.
* Analytical mindset and able to work in a creative yet highly structured way in problem-solving.
* Supply Chain - Global Trade SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) Consultant/Manager
* What you will do:
* Analyzing our clients’ Global Trade model and processes, formulating new Global Trade processes and identifying opportunities for driving efficiencies through Global Trade digitalization and SAP GTS implementation.
* Drive and participate in key deliverables development of SAP GTS implementation projects.
* Design improved global trade processes and business requirements to achieve client business objectives, making the best use of SAP GTS, integrated to the client ERP and technology landscape.
* Actively participate in SAP GTS implementations, rollouts, support, upgrades and enhancements.
* Propose, discuss and implement solutions and approaches based on GTS to solve client’s global trade problems.
* 1-6 years of SAP GTS implementation experience, including hands-on design and configuration, in at least one of the modules/process areas: Customs Management, Special Customs Procedure, Trade Compliance, Risk/Preference, Electronic reporting / Intrastat, or Classification.
* 1-6 years of experience in the SAP Core SD (Sales & Distribution) area.
* Clear understanding of GTS integration with SAP ERP/feeder system.
* Knowledge of Functional specifications in SAP ECC/S4H Sales & Distribution and SAP GTS environments: Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, etc.
* Knowledge of Global Trade business processes and Best Practices in Customs Management and Trade Compliance. Fluent with Logistics and International Freight concepts.
* Experience with global transformations and/or digitalization initiatives.
* Analytical mindset and able to work in a creative yet highly structured way in problem-solving.
* Team oriented, goal driven and ready to go the extra mile.
* Good communications skills and stakeholder management skills in multicultural environments required.
* Fluent (oral and writing) in English, other languages are considered a plus.
