This on-site role is ideal for a professional with 1–3 years of experience in the aviation spare parts and aftermarket industry, supporting commercial airlines. brThe ideal candidate will have a strong interest in aviation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build customer relationships while supporting sales activities for aircraft spare parts, component solutions, and aftermarket services. Key ResponsibilitiesbrSupport sales efforts for aviation spare parts and aftermarket solutions serving commercial airlines brDevelop and maintain relationships with airline customers, MROs, and industry partners brPrepare and follow up on RFQs, quotations, and customer inquiries in a timely manner brCoordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and order fulfillment brIdentify new business opportunities and help expand existing customer accounts brMaintain CRM records, sales activity updates, and customer communication history brMonitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activity within the aviation aftermarket sector brAssist in achieving sales targets and overall business growth objectives Qualificationsbr1–3 years of experience in aviation spare parts, aircraft components, aftermarket sales, or a related aviation commercial role brUnderstanding of the commercial airline aftermarket environment brStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills brAbility to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment brStrong organizational skills and attention to detail brProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred brSelf-motivated, professional, and eager to grow within the aviation industry Why Join UsbrOpportunity to grow within a dynamic aviation aftermarket business brExposure to commercial airline customers and international market opportunities brCollaborative environment with strong potential for professional development brOn-site position based at our Madrid headquarters Interested candidates are encouraged to apply or reach out directly to learn more.
