We are looking for an
Art Director
profile with around 5 years of experience, with a strong eye for design, aesthetics, and visual culture, capable of developing creative proposals with a high visual standard.
This position will work in partnership with a Senior Copywriter, participating in the conceptualization and execution of ideas for the brand, solving creative briefs and ensuring the proper visual execution of campaigns and assets.
A strong sensitivity for identifying, selecting, and working with visual references, aspirational photography, and video — with a premium, elegant, and aspirational aesthetic — will be especially valued.
Responsibilities
Solve creative briefs from an art direction perspective, contributing relevant ideas for the brand.
Conceptualize and develop creative campaigns alongside a senior Copy partner.
Design and execute graphic assets across different channels and formats.
Oversee visual consistency and quality of execution at both design and art direction levels.
Provide graphic follow-up on campaigns and projects, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Research, select, and propose visual, photographic, and audiovisual references aligned with a premium and elegant aesthetic.
Collaborate with other creative and production profiles to bring ideas from concept through final delivery.
Requirements
5 years of experience in Art Direction roles within creative agencies, studios, or brand teams.
Strong aesthetic judgment and visual criteria applied to art direction and design.
Experience in conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns.
Ability to design assets and supervise their correct visual implementation.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Experience using AI image-generation tools within the creative process.
Ability to work collaboratively with Copy profiles and develop ideas as a creative duo.
Nice to Have
Experience working with premium-positioned brands or brands with high aesthetic standards.
Sensitivity for curating aspirational photography, video, and visual references.
Knowledge of visual, cultural, and aesthetic trends in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or travel.
Interest in exploring new creative tools and visual innovation processes.
