As a Clinical Project Manager, you will lead teams across all phases of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, timelines, and budgets. You will be the main point of contact between sponsors, CROs, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, initiate, and manage Phase I–IV clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas- Ensure clinical studies are conducted in compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and company SOPs- Manage study timelines, budgets, and resources- Oversee site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities- Coordinate with vendors, CROs, and internal stakeholders- Mitigate risks and resolve issues to keep trials on track- Prepare and present study updates to senior leadership and sponsorsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field (advanced degree a plus)- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical project management- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements- Proven ability to manage global clinical trials- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills- Ability to work independently in a remote environment- Proficiency in clinical trial management systems and toolsWhat We Offer:
