We are hiring a German-speaking Account Executive to drive new business across mid-market clients in the DACH region, with a primary focus on the German market. This role is idóneo for a motivated seller who enjoys full ownership of the sales cycle and thrives in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

What You Will Do
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline through targeted outbound activity
• Lead discovery calls and understand customer needs
• Deliver clear, value-focused product demos and presentations
• Handle objections and negotiate commercial terms
• Close mid-market deals with typical sales cycles of 1 to 4 months
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
What You Bring
• Fluent German and strong English
• At least 2 years of full-cycle sales experience (SMB or mid-market)
• Proven success in prospecting and closing new business
• Consistent achievement of sales targets
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage a busy pipeline and multiple opportunities
• Resilient, organised, proactive and comfortable owning results
Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary between 33,000 and 42,000 EUR depending on experience
• 33,000 EUR uncapped bonus with accelerators
• Relocation package worth 8,325 EUR, including travel support, accommodation and a lump sum allowance
