Position Overview The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving national sales of our specialty product line, leveraging technical and commercial expertise to acquire and retain clients. In addition, they will provide regional support for truck & bus and agricultural product lines, work closely with Marketing & Market Intelligence teams and the Quality Manager, and report directly to the Iberia Regional Director.
Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee the commercial strategy, with quarterly and annual goals.
Analyse KPIs and adjust tactics to maximise sales volume and profitability.
Identify and prospect new distributors and transport fleets nationwide.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers; present new solutions and promotions.
Provide technical advice to truck & bus and agricultural clients on tyre selection and use.
Offer training and field support to distributors and end‐users in various regions.
Participate in the development of campaigns, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
Contribute field information to market trend analysis and competitor monitoring.
Investigate and validate product claims, coordinating on‐site inspections as needed.
Work with the Quality Manager to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Implement retention programs, preventive maintenance initiatives, and warranty policies.
Gather technical and commercial feedback to support continuous product and service improvement.
Report directly to the Iberia Regional Director.
Coordinate actions with Sales, After‐Sales, Logistics, and other internal teams.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 5 years in industrial or commercial tyre sales, preferably specialty; strong understanding of mining, construction and agricultural tyres.
Fluency in English and Spanish required.
Proven experience managing national territories.
Willingness to travel frequently within national and regional territories.
Familiarity with inspection processes and claim management.
Advanced negotiation and complex sales closing skills.

Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
