A vacancy has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Getafe to join the _Digital _-D- department _D for Develop _(DP).**Position Context.**Partnering primarily with Engineering, but also with other functions eg Operations and Customer Services, DP is managing the Product information in its entire lifecycle, from the early conception of the aircraft,through design and manufacturing, to service and disposal. Our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions provide a product information backbone for the company and its extended enterprise.The DP transnational organization is composed of 9 PSLs (Product Service Lines) delivering capabilities to internal Airbus Businesses.Operating Transversally within DP, the DPU PSL is responsible for _Operational Services and Proximity Support _-Accountable for managing, coordinating and delivering all activities under the Develop Domainimpacting Engineering under _Operational Services and Proximity Support _plus the portfolio management of the DP /DI / DW Interfaces and delivery of transversal Operational related EPIC’s which are cross-PSLactivities. The _Proximity Support _(DPUP) purpose is: To ensure efficiency and reliability of End-User Experience when using the PLM support services, in three axis:- Secure a close user contact with the right quality, with the PLM SD service.- Optimizing the user support services, of the ITSM platforms, in order to achieve the targets service- Ensuring the continuous improvement of the service, making Data Analysis : Incidents and other data relevant of the daily operation.Is in this department, Proximity Support (DPUP), where you are called to be a Service Delivery Manager.**Main activities, required**:- **Defines the Service Work Specification, the SLA, OLA contracts and KPIs and monitors, reports and manages the fulfilment of the SLAs, managing actions for mitigation in case of non-fulfillment in agreement.- Defines, plans and executes the Risk and Problem Management processes and ensures that mitigation action plans are implemented in case when appropriate.- Drives and reports on the delivery of IM services according to Service Levels Agreements and cost optimization, securing financial targets and provides advice at Senior Management level for decision making.- Liaises with business organizations to understand their proximity needs, to manage the maintenance cost allocation and to plan/design/deliver ad hoc services that provide added value, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with agreed customer requirements and that they continue to meet or exceed expectations.**Soft Skills**Strong project management skillsIS/IT project experienceAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writingGood analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsYou will have the opportunity to develop your responsibility in a multicultural and transnational team.
