Technical Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions that align with their needs. Product Demonstrations:
Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs-of-concept to showcase technical capabilities. Proposal Development:
Prepare technical proposals, including sizing a Bill of Material, scope of work, pricing, and timelines, in collaboration with internal teams. Customer Engagement:
Build strong relationships with clients by addressing technical questions, resolving challenges, and providing ongoing support during the sales cycle. Market Expertise:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position the company as a leader in the market. Revenue Contribution:
Support the achievement of sales targets by driving the technical close of deals. Communication & Presentation:
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into non-technical terms for stakeholders.
