Studio Krista is looking for a proactive, driven, and design-savvy Freelance Marketing Manager to join our team. This part-time role comes with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position if it's a great fit.
We’re after someone who’s not just strategic and creative, but also collaborative, solutions-oriented, and genuinely motivated to contribute to the growth of our studio and our clients. A strong design sensibility is important, but so is the ability to drive tangible results.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing and growing Studio Krista’s social media accounts
* Managing and growing client social media accounts
* Leading content strategy and scheduling across multiple platforms
* Creating or overseeing marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, launches)
* Advising the design team on assets that convert (ad sets, landing pages, etc.)
* Guiding messaging, tone of voice, and audience alignment
* Monitoring analytics and adjusting strategy accordingly
* Bringing ideas, energy, and fresh thinking to every brief
What you’ll need:
* A background in marketing, communications, or a related creative field
* Strong grasp of brand strategy and visual storytelling
* Experience managing and growing social accounts, ideally for creative or design-led brands
* Confidence in campaign planning, writing clear copy, and briefing converting visuals
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit, remote team
* A positive, proactive mindset and a desire to grow alongside a passionate creative business
Bonus if you have:
* Email marketing experience (Flodesk or Klaviyo)
* Familiarity with Squarespace or WordPress
* An interest in creative strategy, brand storytelling, and long-term brand building
Location: Remote (UK hours)
Contract type: Freelance, part-time initially, with full-time potential
