Governance & Executive Support Act as the bridge between technical delivery teams and executive stakeholders.Prepare and manage monthly Steering Committee materials, including briefing packs, decision logs, and agendas.Support internal governance processes, including the AI Inventory, Risk Registry, and related change initiatives.Develop high-impact presentations for industry conferences, board meetings, and client-facing transformation sessions.Provide coordination support for internal regional leadership meetings and executive forums.2. Target Operating Model (TOM) Project Management Drive the implementation of the organization's new Data & AI operating model.Lead day-to-day project management of the Data & AI product platform TOM.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery milestones, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.Track progress, report status, and resolve delivery bottlenecks to ensure smooth execution .3.
