* Skills: Windows 10 & 11, SCCM & Intune Staging Experience
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide onsite technical support (Windows 10 & 11, hardware) to clients.
2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues.
3. Maintain video conference systems.
4. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems (IMACD).
5. Support power users in project rollouts and deployments.
6. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment.
7. Communicate effectively with clients, team, and management.
8. Provide Power/Executive support.
9. Manage inventory and delivery of IT devices and accessories.
10. Ensure devices are configured with necessary software and settings.
11. Maintain and update IT devices for optimal performance and security.
12. Generate inventory reports and forecast demand.
13. Schedule and support device delivery and support.
