Your Strategic Mandate: Key Responsibilities

As a German-Speaking Onboarding Account Manager, you are more than a point of contact; you are a trusted advisor. Your daily impact involves:

Portfolio Architecture: Execute the end-to-end onboarding of a diverse portfolio of new clients, architecting high-performing PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns tailored to their specific industry verticals.
Strategic Advisory: Conduct deep-dive consultations to detect and decode customer objectives, offering bespoke solutions from the Google Products suite that align with their KPIs.
Performance Optimization: Set up and manage results-driven campaigns designed for immediate market impact while ensuring structural integrity for long-term scalability.
Growth & Revenue Generation: Proactively identify opportunities for campaign upselling and increased investment by demonstrating clear, data-backed value and ROI.
Relationship Management: Minimize churn through relentless engagement and by positioning yourself as an indispensable partner in the client’s digital journey.
Data Integrity: Maintain a meticulous customer database (CRM), ensuring all strategic insights, interactions, and account health indicators are accurately documented.

Professional Requirements

Academic & Experience Profile
Education: A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is mandatory. Candidates holding an MA/MSc in Marketing, Communications, or Business will be given preference.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales, marketing, or client-facing capacity. Experience in high-stakes, fast-paced environments where precision is paramount is highly valued.
Language Mastery: C2-level proficiency in German and English is essential for navigating complex technical discussions and cultural nuances.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
AI & Digital Fluency: A modern mindset that regularly integrates AI tools into daily workflows to streamline operations and personalize client outreach.
Persuasive Communication: Superior verbal and written presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex digital ecosystems to both technical and non-technical audiences.

German Market Specialization

Regulatory & Data Compliance: High awareness of local regulations, specifically GDPR, ensuring all strategies respect the high priority German clients place on data protection.
