As the Business Partner for new & cross initiatives, you will provide strategic marketing and day‐to‐day marketing planning, development and execution for a variety of new programs, while building and maintaining relationships with our internal program and marketing teams, to help us continue our growth as an impactful and international Business School. You will also be the owner of a series of cross‐program marketing projects including Social Selling, partnerships with top media and other new projects in the pipeline.
The role requires flexibility, open mind, and the ability to adapt to the different needs of the program's marketing area. Depending on the time of the year, giving support to other programs in the international and national teams will be required.
The position will report to the Area Partner in the Marketing Department in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the marketing plans for the new programs
- define the marketing strategy
- define, implement and adjust marketing campaigns (SEM, Display, print, emailing, landings...)
- handle and update all production materials (brochures, delivery material...)
- website content
- annual planning and budget follow-up
- Understand the program needs and work closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve their goals.
- Manage day to day client requests
- Monthly meeting to evaluate campaign results & follow up of next actions
- Analyze and report on marketing results
- Work closely with the Media agency and the Design Agency
- Own cross‐program projects
- Support the implementation of the marketing plans of the rest of International Executive Programs
- Cultivate internal and external client relationships
- Ensure corporate brand coherence across all campaigns and materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related fields. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish. French or German, are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic and performance marketing roles. Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Strong knowledge of paid media, lead generation, CRM, and marketing analytics. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
- Hands‐on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar.
- Advanced Microsoft Office user. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong business orientation. Analytical, detail‐oriented, and results‐driven profile.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with agencies and cross‐functional stakeholders
