About the role

1. Perform product demos, configure products in test systems, and execute operational tasks during demos (e.g., creating policies, approving underwriting, creating claims), ensuring demonstrations run smoothly and are tailored to client-specific needs.
2. Respond to RFIs and RFPs, deepen your understanding of the Peak3 platform, and improve response quality and efficiency.
3. Engage with senior customer representatives to understand their requirements and present solutions aligned with their business goals.
4. Create compelling, reusable slide decks and presentations to showcase Peak3's platform capabilities, using storytelling techniques to engage clients with technical material.
5. Ensure a seamless transition from Sales to Delivery by acting as the primary or shadow Business Analyst / Account Manager, supporting initial implementation, managing handovers, and aligning with client expectations.
6. Support Business Development efforts through market events, talks, webinars, and engagement with potential clients or partners, showcasing our platform's value.
7. Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to support customer onboarding and solution delivery.


What You Bring

* At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, particularly in presales or customer onboarding roles.
* Strong understanding of insurance technology, SaaS platforms, and cloud solutions.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations to senior stakeholders.
* Experience managing RFIs and RFPs, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
* Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
