Exploring the Future of Electrophysiology
We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team at Medtronic. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation and make a meaningful impact on patient care.
As a member of our CAS team, you'll work closely with experts in electrophysiology, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and therapies to advance medical treatments. Our goal is to lead the market with our innovative solutions, including the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and traditional EP products.
Main Responsibilities:
* Training Programs: Collaborate with Sales Managers and other teams to design and implement training programs for customers.
* Technical Support: Provide expert technical guidance to customers regarding CAS products and procedures.
* Sales and Marketing Support: Assist sales and marketing teams during product presentations and introductions.
* Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze account, market, and competitive information, trends, and metrics.
* Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback, product issues, and complaints from product-related events.
* Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as providing regular activity reports to Sales Managers.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
* Experience: At least 3 years of experience in 3D cardiac Navigation & Mapping.
* Knowledge: Electrophysiology procedures and products.
* Languages: Fluent English and Spanish.
* Skills: Independent working style, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
Additional Requirements: Experience in the medical device industry, especially in hospital operating room environments, is highly valued.
