and Private Equity sectors. You'll collaborate closely with senior management to develop business opportunities and enhance our market presence.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Research & Prospecting :
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and qualify potential clients within the M&A;
and Private Equity industries. Outreach & Client Engagement :
Proactively reach out to decision-makers via targeted cold calls, personalized emails, and follow-up communications to introduce recruitment solutions. Pitch Development & Delivery :
Craft and present persuasive proposals highlighting our recruitment services, tailored specifically to client needs. Project Acquisition :
Secure recruitment mandates by converting leads into active recruitment assignments through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building. Market Analysis & Intelligence :
Stay informed about market trends, hiring movements, competitor activities,and industry news to leverage in business development activities. CRM Management :
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, prospects, and project statuses within our CRM system. Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful execution of mandates and to maintain high client satisfaction.Key RequirementsExperience :
1 – 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment roles, preferably in the financial services, M&A;
, or Private Equity sectors. Education :
A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related areas is beneficial but not mandatory. Language Skills :
Fluent English proficiency is essential;
additional European languages are highly advantageous. Research & Analytical Abilities :
Proven skills in market research, client profiling, and competitor analysis. Strong Communication :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in professional email drafting, client presentations, and cold calling. Tech Proficiency :
Experience using CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Recruiter platforms. Proactive & Resilient :
Self-motivated, persistent, and capable of handling rejection positively in pursuit of securing client engagements. Flexibility & Autonomy :
