An opportunity for FLIGHT LINE A400M PRODUCTION DELIVERY MANAGER has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla).
Responsibilities
Production engineer focused on Build Process / Performance Tracker adherence in Flight Line. Guidance to foreman to balance resources per production shift. Strengthen information transmission between production shifts for work continuity. Unblock production issues to accomplish the daily plan. Aircraft planning responsible for leading daily industrial meeting. Station focal point for daily activities with ME, quality, crew, production control, and other functions. Time‑keeper with foreman and overall short‑term planning coordinator of station. Prepare next daily tasks and planning of works (people, tools, jobcards, aircraft conditions ready). Support continuous improvement and Operational Excellence. Monitor KPIs, solve deviations from targets, identify major industrial risks. Participate in definition of industrial plan and corrective actions. Support foreman, HO of Station and HO of FL/DC.
Qualifications & Skills
* Education: Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.
* Experience: At least 5 years in aircraft manufacturing or engineering.
* Soft skills: High adaptability to new topics and changing environment; problem solving.
* Languages: Advanced level in English.
* Technical knowledge: Knowledge in A400M architecture and related IT tools for manufacturing process (SAP, SIPLA, TLB, etc). Office must be used.
* Valuable / Nice to have: Experience in managing teams and risk management.
