Presentation of products and brand universe to customers. Identify customer needs. Be proactive concerning product offer. Finalize sales. Develop multiple and complementary cross-selling. Ensure product exchanges. Take charge of special orders. Build customer loyalty. Collaborate in the management of stocks, restocking and inventories. List new products and their prices in store. Respect brand image. Provide courteous welcome to customers and follow up on orders taken. Ensure personalized follow-up of each customer in compliance with quality standards, embodying the image of the brand. Ensure shelving of products by ensuring their compliance with brand standards. Requirements Experience in sale of luxury and fashion world with strong shoe product sensitivity. Experience in customer service professions. Excellent presentation and oral communication skills. Good knowledge of luxury sales and hospitality techniques. Strong sense of customer service. Adaptability, flexibility, and team spirit. Fluent Spanish and English.
