As a Project Manager, your main functions/tasks will be:
1. Monitoring project planning and its revisions
2. Ensuring compliance with key dates and milestones, and following up on activity advancement processes
3. Coordination of the different involved parties (departments, subcontractors, customer) for resource and material management
4. Analysis and management of risks and opportunities
5. Leading and coordinating the on-site team to meet project scope
6. Ensuring discipline leads and oversees their respective subcontractors in supply, timing, and quality
7. Providing on-site support to key deployment figures: Site Manager, Integration Manager, Commissioning Engineer
8. Maintaining proper communication with customer and on-site disciplines
9. Understanding customer needs, building trust, and seeking new opportunities for improvement
Experience and skills required:
* Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably with experience in a B2B environment
* Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial installations or projects
* Natural leadership with excellent communication and motivational skills
* Problem-solving skills with drive and determination
* Strong analytical skills, logistic understanding, and ability to create solutions
* Strong communication skills and a creative approach to client relationships
* Ability to work in an international environment and within a project organization
Language skills: Spanish and English (C1 level), other languages are a plus. Willingness to travel on-site.
