Leading a qualified executive team, your main mission will be to define and implement the necessary strategies and actions to efficiently and profitably grow the business across the Iberian Peninsula. You will propose commercial objectives and strategies for the coming years and define the structure of human and material resources needed to achieve them. We are looking for a highly experienced professional in business development, focus on sales and result-oriented, ideally within the boiler, domestic hot water generation, or HVAC sectors in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. You will bring higher education, strong financial management capabilities, and—most importantly— proven experience in building, developing, and leading high-performance teams. Must be fluent in Spanish and English; fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
