Job Responsibilities
* Assist in completing daily delivery operations for KA customers, cooperate in monitoring the end-to-end (E2E) delivery process, coordinate relevant parties to ensure timely delivery of goods, and help achieve monthly KPIs.
* Assist in the preliminary collation and statistics of delivery data, timely feedback basic problems in the delivery process, and cooperate in problem investigation and optimization.
* Assist in conducting CRFR related work, cooperate in completing weekly communication with KA customers, sort out communication minutes, and assist in optimizing weekly delivery plans.
* Assist in maintaining communication channels with KA customers to ensure timely and accurate information transmission between both parties, and cooperate in completing other delivery-related work assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Supply Chain Management or related fields is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or 1-2 years of relevant work experience in delivery, logistics or related fields.
* Ability: Possess basic data collation and communication coordination skills, be careful and proactive in work, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
* Language: Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Chinese; basic English communication skills are preferred.
* Quality: Have a sense of team cooperation, be able to adapt to basic work pressure, and be willing to actively learn delivery-related knowledge.
