**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Drive data standardization ranging from data acquisition, data cleansing, data management to data analytics enabling KPI/metrics through the digital platform.
- Translate strategy into detailed user requirements.
- Provide technical expertise in extracting, integrating, and analyzing critical data.
- Analyze and solve quantitative problems and questions with technical analysis.
- Ensure projects and initiatives are delivered, providing consistent and effective communication on status and managing escalation and avoiding risk.
- Measure and communicate value realized on a periodic basis through defined and agreed upon metrics and supporting analysis.
- Serve as a continuous connector. Energized by a role that is focused on partnership and facilitation. Operates through the lens of what can we do to simplify and improve things.
**About you**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or business administration.
- 5 years experience in Smart Factory projects.
- Knowledge of digital platforms such as Aveva.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- You have a profound experience in working in multi-functional, multi-cultural teams as well as a demonstrable ability to work with international teams
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
