As the Logistics Manager for our warehouse in Madrid, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence at our warehouse and distribution center, ensuring best-in-class customer-focused end-to-end operations. 1. Warehouse & Logistics Leadership: Oversee warehouse operations ensuring seamless coordination and execution. Optimize inventory management, improve service levels, and control costs in alignment with budget and forecast.
2. Operational Performance & Excellence: Manage and improve the performance of the warehouse.
3. Customer-Centric Logistics: Foster a customer-first approach in logistics operations by developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Enhance service levels through optimized distribution, storage, and replenishment strategies.
4. Process Optimization & Compliance: Standardize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 15001 standards.
5. Financial & Budgetary Control: Manage the logistics budget, optimizing cost efficiencies while maintaining service excellence. Ensure effective resource allocation and provide detailed cost justifications for key investments and initiatives.
6. Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead and develop a multi-team warehouse workforce. Recruit, mentor, and engage the team daily.
7. Bachelors or master university degree (prefible in Engineering or Logitics).
8. Fluent in Spanish and English.
9. 10 years of experience in operations: logistics or supply chain or customer service.
10. Minimum 7 years of experience as people manager.
11. Minimum of 3 years of experience applying Lean methodologies in an operational environment.
